V2MOM stands for Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, and Measures. Developed by Salesforce Chairman CEO Marc Benioff (explained here in an article on the Salesforce blog), V2MOM is a process that you can go through to align your team, and determine how each individual plans to contribute to the future of your product and your company.
The template is divided into five sections: Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, and Measures.
