About the Rally integration
The Stormboard for Rally integration enables Stormboard to connect to your Rally instance, allowing you to query your backlog from inside Stormboard, turn Rally work items into live-synced sticky notes, instantly calculate iteration capacity, and turn Stormboard sticky notes into Rally work items.
What work item data can be created?
Work items can be created from Stormboard using the user’s authentication. New work items created in Rally from a sticky note in Stormboard contain the following fields:
Workspace
Project
Type
Priority – options pulled from Rally for that Workspace
Plan Estimate
Description
Custom required fields – pulled from Rally for that Workspace and Work Item Type
Sync your Dependencies
Dependencies that you create in Stormboard are synced to your Rally account. This feature also allows you to add dependencies that already exist in your planning tool to your Storm, making planning more efficient and effective.
