Description
The Evaluating Alternative Business Models Template gives you a framework to list alternatives to your current chosen business model. This approach allows you to further develop your model, search for alternatives that might be more effective, and/or evaluate your current model against your competition. This can also be a way to experiment with different options before committing to a specific investment opportunity.
The template is set up with five rows, that can be added to if needed, and two columns which help you highlight the hypothesis you need to test, and the ways that you can go about completing the tests or evaluations.
