Effective Team Model

Description

Ideal to use when starting a new team or when encountering problems with your current team, the Effective Team Model Template uses the Rubin, Plovnick, and Fry GRPI Model of Team Effectiveness.

The template is divided into the GRPI sections, which stand for goals, roles, procedures, and interpersonal relationships. Define your objectives and desired results under the Goals section, lay out well-defined responsibilities under Roles, set-up clear decision-making procedures under the Processes sections, and use the Interpersonal Relationships section to define what it means to have good communication and trust amongst your team members.
