Program Action Logic Model
Description
The Program Action Logic Model Template is a framework that is used by managers, funders, and evaluators to determine the value or effectiveness of a program. This template can also be used in the planning and implementation phases.
Divided into three sections, the first covers Inputs, or what is invested in the project, program or business. The second section, labeled Outputs, looks at what the project does and who it reaches, while the final section, labeled Outcomes/Impact, covers the short, medium, and long-term results.
