Description

The Customer Empathy Map Template is a collaborative tool that teams can use to gain deeper insight into who their customers are and how their product or service can best serve their customer’s needs.

To help immerse yourself in a user’s environment, the template is divided into six key sections that address what the customer hears from their friends, coworkers, etc., what they think about and how they feel, how they act and speak towards other people, what they see in their daily environment, what pains or frustrations they deal with, and what they might be looking to gain from a product or service.
