How well do you know your characters? Do you know their hopes and dreams, what kind of music they like to listen to, what they like to do in their free time?
A template created specifically for educators and writers, the Character Map helps teachers and students create complex and authentic characters by creating character profiles for them in their writing, or analyze characters that already exist in books they are reading. The template is divided into three sections that ask you to address what the character looks like, how the character acts, and how other characters act in relation to them.
