Calendly
Calendly is a “scheduling automation platform for eliminating the back-and-forth emails for finding the perfect time.“
Stormboard and Calendly both share the goal of reducing pointless meetings and finding more time for organizations of all types. Calendy can be embedded directly in a Storm, allowing a meeting in progress to stay on track and aligned to the agenda, or helping teams plan out a project or next steps without needing to switch to a different tool or tab to confirm availability.
Steps for integrating Calendly into Stormboard
Log in to Calendly.
Select the Calendar you’d like to share.
On the bottom right-hand corner of your calendar, click ‘share’.
Select ‘add to website’ then ‘Inline Embed’ and copy the code.
Create a new sticky note in your Storm.
Choose ‘File’ in the sticky’s top menu.
Select ‘Embed’.
Paste the code from Giphy.
You’re all done!
Once your embedded calendar is in the Storm, you can treat it just like any other sticky. Change the background color, re-size it, or even make it a Pure Embed. Anyone in your Storm can then click on the embed sticky and open it in a larger view in the right side panel of your Storm.
