An Agile Retrospective is held at the end of an iteration in the Agile process. The Simple Retrospective Template allows your team to reflect on what happened in the iteration, and identify what needs to be improved going forward.
The template is divided into two sections to guide the retrospective labeled Stop Doing This and Start Doing This.
