An Agile Retrospective is held at the end of an iteration in the Agile process. The Retrospective Basic Template allows your team to review what happened in the iteration and identify what needs to be improved going forward.
The template is divided into three sections to guide the retrospective labeled Stop Doing This, Start Doing This, Continue Doing This.
